Michael Malewski

Michael Malewski joined our team in September, bringing with him over 20 years of experience!

After successfully completing his training as a chef, he began his career in Schaumburg before moving on to Switzerland and Sylt. After various positions in the Stuttgart area, Michael managed the Bistro department at Frischeparadies Stuttgart, during which time he obtained his training licence to train future talented chefs and thus the future of gastronomy. 

Michael prefers to spend his free time on the football pitch as he coaches a men's team in Esslingen.
